Nathalie Bussemaker is a Senior Research Associate at More in Common. She previously worked as a Special Assistant at Schmidt Futures, where she managed a grants portfolio and worked on the International Strategy Forum fellowship. Nathalie also worked on depolarization at the Institute for Integrated Transitions, conducted research on Syrian refugee returns for Human Rights Watch, and spent a year in Jordan studying Arabic as a Parker Huang Postgraduate Fellow. She holds a B.A. in Global Affairs and History from Yale University and a Master in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School.
